GEORGE W.6 MAXFIELD was born at Washington County, New York, on October 1848 a son of Ira Maxfield and his wife Mary Ripley. He first married before 1875 KATE SPILLING. She was born at England about 1856/7. He married second about 1897/8 JENNIE M. ________. She was born at New York on July 1866.

George W. Maxfield and his first wife Kate Spilling had the following children:

  1. LIZZIE7 MAXFIELD b. at U.S.A. abt. 1875.
  2. MAGGIE7 MAXFIELD b. at New York on May 1880.
