Percy Maxfield was a shoecutter (F). He served in the military in World War I (D. Mullavey).

Percy Maxfield married MARION J. LUMAN on 27 November 1922 (F). Marion was born at Rutland, Vermont, in 1902 (F), a child of Daniel Luman and Josephine Lapan.

Percy and Marion Maxfield were divorced at Newport, New Hampshire, before 1931 (D. Mullavey). Marion married JULIUS F. PULTOR at Newport on 24 October 1931 (F).

Percy Maxfield died in New York City (D. Mullavey). According to Dean Mullavey:

The date of his death is unknown, but it is known that he died in New York City...he was homeless and had been an alcoholic just up to and after his divorce...

Percy and Marion Maxfield had the following child:
