THEODOSIA8 MAXFIELD was born at Barnstead, Belknap County, New Hampshire, on 17 July 1889 a daughter of Frank Maxfield and his wife Emma Winkley. She had a child whose father was not identified, in 1907. She married at Boston, Massachusetts, on 29 May 1910 ORVILLE I. ANDREWS. He was born at Gloucester, Essex County, Massachusetts, about 1882/3.

Theodosia Maxfield and an unidentified father had the following child:

  1. DORIS OLGA9 MAXFIELD b. at Boston on 24 December 1907; d. at Revere, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, on 14 February 1910.
