Allen James maxfield registered for the draft at Valley County on 12 September 1918 (WWI Draft), as follows:

THELMA MAY DeBOLT married J. Allen Maxfield at Ord, Valley County, Nebraska, on 6 October 1926 (IGI). Thelma was born in Nebraska about 1911/2 (1930 Census).
