DENNIS DANA⁹ MAXFIELD was born at Plainfield, Washington County, Vermont, on 19 June 1941 a son of Harry Earl Maxfield and his wife Leah Thompson. He died at Berlin, Washington County, on 27 February 1988. He married at Plainfield on 12 October 1985 SHIRLEY ANN (LACILLADE) POWERS. She was born at Montpelier, Washington County, on 29 June 1938 and died at Berlin on 3 June 2006. She had previously married on 1958 ELMER POWERS who died in 1981.

Dennis Maxfield and his wife Shirley Lacillade had the following children:
