HENRY WHEELER7 MAXFIELD was born at China, Kennebec County, Maine, on 19 October 1838 a son of William McCrillis Maxfield and his wife Mary Parkman. He died at Barnstead, Belknap County, New Hampshire, on 16 April 1918. He married about 1869/70 HARRIET L. MILLS. She was born at Brooks, Waldo County, Maine, on 21 June 1838 and died at Barnstead on 2 April 1918.

Henry Wheeler Maxfield and his wife Harriet Mills had the following children:

  1. (first child)8 MAXFIELD b. at Lynn, Essex Co., MA, on 24 May 1872; d. bef. 1880.
  2. MARY EDITH8 MAXFIELD b. at Lynn on 4 February 1879; d. at Barnstead on 6 October 1903; m. at Barnstead on 25 April 1898 JOHN J. JENKINS.
