GLEN D.7 MAXFIELD (Matthew6, Richard5, probably Benjamin4, Joseph3-2, John1) was born at Gowen, Montcalm County, Michigan on 13 January 1884 (SSDI for date; Ferguson), a child of Matthew Nathaniel Maxfield and his wife Alice Sprague.

Glen Maxfield married FLOSSIE KENT on 18 May 1908 (Ferguson). She was born at Sparta, Kent County, Michigan, on 27 November 1889 (SSDI and MI D for date; Ferguson).

The 1910 census (665:2:277B) reported this family at Home Township, Montcalm County, Michigan. The family consisted of Glen, 26, his wife Flossie, 20, and their son Clyde J., one year and no months old. Glen was a general farmer. Glen and Flossie had been married in this their first marriage for one year; Flossie had one child, who was living.

The 1920 census (770:2A) reported Glen D. Maxfield, age 35, and his wife Flossie, age 30, at Rolland Township, Isabella County, Michigan. They had two sons, Clyde J., age 10, and James C., age 8. Glen was a dairy farmer.

The 1930 census (1013:1A) reported this family at Home Township, Montcalm county:

This record also indicated that Glen was 24, and Flossie 18 when they were married.

Glen Maxfield died at Wyman, Montcalm County, Michigan, on 21 February 1950 (SSDI for month and year; Vinewood Cem for year; Ferguson). Flossie died at Alma, Gratiot County, Michigan, on 17 February 1977 (MI D; SSDI).

Glen and Flossie Maxfield had the following children:
