MARION W.8 MAXFIELD was born at New Hampton, Chickasaw County, Iowa, on 9 January 1907 a son of Herbert Maxfield and his wife Ida West. He died on April 1976. He married at Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, on 18 March 1926 LEONA L. LONDON. She was born at Clarksville, Butler County, Iowa, on 7 March 1907 and died on 19 July 1979.

Marion Maxfield and his wife Leona London had the following children:

  1. IDA MAE9 MAXFIELD b. at Waterloo on 19 November 1927; d. on 5 November 2004; m. at Independence, Buchanan County, Iowa, on 20 April 1946 LYLE CHESTER CUE.
  2. ADA MAXINE9 MAXFIELD b. at Waterloo on 5 March 1933; m. at Waterloo on 28 June 1953 EARL E. MUNGER.
  3. DONALD9 MAXFIELD b. at Iowa about 1936/7.
  4. MARILYN9 MAXFIELD m. on January 1966 GEORGE PATES.
