The 1930 census (2428:2A) reported at Fairfax, Page E. Maxfield, farmer with a general farm, age 33, and wife Maebelle Maxfield, 25. Page and Maebelle and all their parents were born at Vermont. At marriage Page was 23, Maebelle 15. Page was a veteran of the World War.
Page E. Maxfield married as his second wife EVELYN ALMA (IRISH) ELLSWORTH at Johnson, Vermont, on 9 August 1939 (Fairfax Gen).
Page E. Maxfield died at Colchester, Vermont, on 11 June 1959 (Fairfax Gen; SSDI).
