Everett Maxfield married WILMA V. HEISH at Berthoud, Morgan County, Colorado, on 12 September 1936. She was born at Sterling, Logan County, Colorado, on 2 April 1913. They were divorced in 1947 (obit). In 1948 Wilma married CHESTER DAVIES. They were divorced in 1952 (obit).

Everett D. Maxfield married JANE H. (ADAMS) BLACKWELL at Winterhaven, Imperial County, California, on 2 May 1960 (CA M). She was born at Los Angeles on 19 July 1915 (SSDI) and had previously married ________ BLACKWELL.

Everett D. Maxfield died on 16 March 1995 (SSDI). His last residence was Loveland, Colorado. Jane H. (Adams) (Blackwell) Maxfield died at Loveland on 26 January 2002 (SSDI; Janet). Obituary of Jane (Adams) (Blackwell) Maxfield

Jane H. Maxfield, 86, of Loveland, died Jan. 26, 2002, at the Berthoud Living Center. She was born on July 19, 1915, in Los Angeles, to Thomas and Cora Steiner Adams. She was raised in Los Angeles and Yuma, Ariz., areas. She rode to school and completed ranch chores on horseback from the ranch in Yuma. She attended the Imperial College of Beauty and became a beautician. She relocated to San Diego, where she owned and operated a salon for many tears. She married Everett D. Maxfield on May 2, 1960, in Winterhaven, Calif. He preceded her in death.
They lived in the Tecate, Calif., area until her husband's retirement in 1972. They moved to Canon City, and lived there until 1992, when they moved to Loveland.
She enjoyed playing golf and in later years watched games on the Golf Channel until her death. She was an excellent cook and many gathered at her home for a favorite meal of homemade tamales and beans.
She and her husband owned several antique cars over the years. They enjoyed touring in their old cars. She was a member of the Veteran Motor Car Club of America.
Mrs. Maxfield is survived by two step-sons, Russ Maxfield and wife Yvonne, and Ray Maxfield and wife Carol, all of Loveland; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her only sister.

Wilma V.DAVIES passed away on April 10, 2009. She was born April 2, 1913, in Sterling, Colo. to John and Mary Heist.
She graduated from Sterling High School in 1930.
She moved to Loveland in 1933 to help her sister Ruth and husband the Rev. Oscar Grauberger in their home.
In 1936 she married Everett Maxfield.
They were divorced in 1947. In 1948 she married Chester Davies; they were divorced in 1952.
She was primarily a homemaker whose work experience included selling fruit ciders at a roadside stand owned by the Benson family during the Depression, a cafeteria worker for the Thompson School District, a cook for Meals on Wheels and a local buffet restaurant. She retired in 1972.
She was very patriotic and loved her country, state and community, serving as a member and officeholder in the VFW Auxiliary, American War Mothers, Dwayne Webster Chapter.
She was a member of I.O.O.F. Grace Rebecca Lodge No. 58 for over 60 years, serving as Noble Grand and other offices.
She volunteered for many years in the Valentine Remailing Program.
She was a master at working crossword puzzles, played bingo as often as possible, read novels and enjoyed occasional trips to Black Hawk.
In a family history compiled by her sister, Wilma reflected on her life as being a good, wholesome, well-balanced combination of family affection with discipline, memberships and friendships, and great food.
She is survived by five children, Delbert Maxfield, Pearland, Texas, Russ Maxfield and wife Yvonne of Loveland, Mary LaBadie, Canon City, Ray Maxfield and wife Carol of Windsor, John Davies and wife Beth of Loveland; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and sister Dorothy Pacheco of Garden Grove, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, four sisters, granddaughter Sherry Maxfield-Bega and great-grandchild Daniel Noah Slabaugh. . . . Interment will take place at Loveland Burial Park. A reception will follow interment at Good Shepherd Church, 3429 N. Monroe Ave.
