PHILIP ROBERT⁹ MAXFIELD was born at Iloilo, Panay, Philippines, on 11 January 1915 a son of Charles Lester Maxfield and his wife Florence May Teachout. He died at Orcas, San Juan County, Washington, on 9 July 1969. He married at Whatcom County, Washington, on 22 December 1939 IRENE DOLLY CHEEVER.
