Kenneth H. Maxfield married ELIZABETH ANNA CONWAY on 14 June 1929. Elizabeth was born at Bellows Falls, Vermont, on 15 July 1909, a child of Thomas Conway and his wife Katherine Welch. (Ken Maxfield).

The 1930 Census reported Kenneth H. Maxfield, 24, still single, at West Swanzey village, Swanzey, New Hampshire. He was described as the nephew of Arthur W. Hopkins, 52, physician, and Grace W. Hopkins, 50. Kenneth was bookkeeper for a painting shop.

Kenneth Harvey Maxfield died at Keene, New Hampshire, on 5 September 1970. His widow Elizabeth died at Winchester, New Hampshire, on 19 November 2000. They were both buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, West Swanzey (Ken Maxfield).

Kenneth Maxfield and his wife Elizabeth Conway had the following children:
