DANIEL 6 MAXFIELD (probably Daniel5-4, Ebenezer3, Samuel2, Clement1) could possibly be a son of Daniel Maxfield and his wife Mary Wilson. Based on his age at death, Daniel was born about 1763/4 or 1766/7. He died at Bristol, Rhode Island, on 5 June 1831, age 66 years, according to the cemetery record (RI Cem), or 5 June 1834, age 67, according to the vital record (VR RI 6:1:147). His wife, DEBORAH, died at Bristol on 25 October 1831, age 66 (VR RI 6:1:147). She was, therefore, born about 1764/5. They were both buried at North Burial Ground, Bristol.

The Daniel Maxfield family was reported at Bristol in federal censuses from 1800 through 1830. In addition to the children listed below, the censuses indicate the presence of the following persons:
