WALTER N.7 MAXFIELD was born at Gilmanton, Belknap County, New Hampshire, on 26 February 1866 a son of Charles H. Maxfield and his wife Maria Pierce. He died at Francestown, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, on 21 February 1928. He married first at Gilmanton on 26 November 1885 LUCIA A. SCALES. She was born at Plymouth, Grafton County, New Hampshire, about 12 June 1864 and died at Canterbury, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, on 12 September 1889. He married second at Manchester, Hillsborough County, on 12 October 1891 NELLEI B. (PAIGE) WEEKS. She was born at Manchester on 15 February 1867 and died at Francestown on 14 November 1930.

Walter Maxfield and his first wife Lucia Scales had the following child:

  1. HARRY WALTER8 MAXFIELD b. at Gilmanton on 2 August 1887.
