David Orso Maxfield married ANNA ELIZABETH about 1870/1 (1910 census). Anna was born at New York about 1850 (1849/50 in 1910 census, 1850/1 in 1880 census).

The 1880 census (592:131A) reported this family at Hartland Township, Livingston County, Michigan:

The 1910 census (676:1:124B) reported this "empty nest" couple at Elkland Township, Tuscola County, Michigan, immediately after Frank and Jennie Maxfield. Orso, age 69, and Elizabeth, 60, had been married 39 years. She had six children, four living. His occupation was listed as "own income."

David Orso and Anna Elizabeth Maxfield had the following children, and probably one more, who did not live to adulthood:
