SYLVIA C.7 MAXFIELD was born at Genesee County, Michigan, on September 1879 a daughter of Linus Dorr Maxfield and his wife Lorinda Miller. She died on 1930. She first married at Alpena, Alpena County, Michigan, on 1 July 1896 FRED SMITH. He was born at Michigan about 1867/8. She second married at Flint, Genesee County, on 23 October 1905 JAMES HARVEY. He was born at Alpena about 1879/80.

Sylvia Maxfield had the following child before she married:

  1. GEORGE GRANVILLE8 MAXFIELD b. at Green, Alpena Co., on 12 June 1894.
