EDWARD G.7 MAXFIELD (Julian6, Oliver5, Joshua4-3, Joseph2, John1), was born at New York on September 1876 (1900 census) a child of Julian F. Maxfield and his wife Electa Cook. Edward was reported in the 1900 census (1171:2:252) boarding at 10 Second Street, Queensbury Town, Warren County, New York. He was single, a shirt maker, born September 1876.

Edward Maxfield married ALICE M. about 1903. The 1910 census (1086:2:164B) reported them at Glens Falls, New York, as follows:

Edward and Alice had been married seven years, and Alice had one child, who was living.

The 1920 census (1261:5A) reported this family of three at 56 Gelasic Avenue, Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, New York. Edward, 42, was a machinist in a silk mill. Alice M. and Arthur T. were ages 36 and 11 respectively. The 1930 census (1657:2A) reported Edward and Alice living at 35 Digoham Road, Fort Ann, New York, where Edward, 52 was mechanic at a steel mill. Alice was age 47. They had been married at ages 25 and 20 respectively.

Edward G. Maxfield died at Fort Ann on 23 August 1941 (VR NY)

Edward G. and Alice M. Maxfield had the following child:

  1. ARTHUR T.8 MAXFIELD b. at Glens Falls on 5 May 1908
