Charles Maxfield of Chickasawba Township, Mississippi County, Arkansas, married VICTORIA MAY COLBERT of the same township, at Mississippi County, on 3 November 1895 (AR M). Victoria was born at Arkansas on November 1875 (1900 census).
The 1900 Census (68:18B) reported the family at Chickasawba Township:

This census record confirmed that Harry and Victoria had been married four years, and reported that Victoria had given birth to three children, two of whom were living.
By 1910 the family had moved to Dobson Township, Poinsett County, Arkansas, where the census (61:8A) reported them (The record is blurred and difficult to read):

Charles and Vicky had been married fourteen years; Vicky had eight children, of whom four were living. The deceased children probably included Viola and Clarence, reported in 1900, one other that died before 1900 and one after 1900. The names of the last two children are very difficult to read. "Arnis" is probably Inez, who appears in the 1920 census. "Arles" is not reported again.
I have no further record of Harry Charles Maxfield. The 1920 Census (1471:3b) reported Victoria married to LEANDER J. PHILPOT, living at Lone Dove Road, Miller Township, Seminole County, Oklahoma. The youngest Maxfield child was one year old, indicating that Harry must have lived at least until 1918.

According to the 1930 Census (1897:4B), Victoria was a widow and had returned to her surname of Maxfield. This census reported a son surnamed Maxfield, age nine. This creates a puzzle. Did the census taker mistakenly give a Philpot the surname of Maxfield? Or is there some other explanation? The family resided at Cleveland Township, Cimarron County, Oklahoma:
